At Rays Career Development, I am here to support you on your career journey using techniques such as problem solving, coaching and role playing. My mission is to enable you to find your own way forward by being true to yourself. I will help you identify your strengths, weaknesses and goals to create a personalised plan for success.
With a background in the public and private sector, I have experience of using my soft skills to deliver business goals retaining my values. In my coaching capacity I have helped individuals to navigate their way through day to day issues in all areas of work and focus on their own strengths.
Having been in IT, using my soft skills to work with people at all levels has been essential, I can help others in that sector.
